One to One Coaching

We partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.

We start with the belief that the individual has the answers to their questions and issues and our role is to create the time and space and provide the support and challenge to help them explore and resolve those issues in order to be at their best.

We agree clear outcomes that the client wants for themselves, their teams, their stakeholders and their organisation.

At each session we work toward those outcomes by dealing with different elements. The client sets the agenda and our role is to keep focus on areas that will make the most difference in achieving the outcomes.

A big part of what we do is to help clients reframe situations in order to see more options and possibilities and find new solutions to challenges and barriers.

We use a wide range of approaches and choose techniques that will suit the individual and the situation.

Team Development and Facilitation

We create impactful, effective team sessions for a wide variety of client needs and specific outcomes delivered with high energy, challenging facilitation.

Recent engagements include:

  • Setting a team’s purpose, vision, priorities, values and behaviours
  • Building a high performance team
  • New leader and new team ‘fast start’
  • Understanding team dynamics (communication styles and MBTI)
  • Resolving conflict between individuals and groups

We work closely with the executives leading the team to understand your needs and goals, the history, culture and dynamics of your team and organisation.

We may create a programme of pre-work to provide inputs to any session including diagnostic interviews with participants, use of appropriate psychometric tools and gathering perspectives from key stakeholders. We may create a programme of follow up to ensure commitments from the workshop are carried through to action.
