She has extensive experience in large, complex, global organisations undergoing periods of significant change and transformation.

She has managed large teams across multiple sites and geographies as such Grainne brings extensive corporate experience and a commercial mindset to her coaching.

Coaching Approach

Grainne’s style has been described as warm and empathetic while being insightful and impactful.

She uses an integrative approach, which means she calls on a wide range of coaching and psychological models including Gestalt, Existential, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching.

She creates a safe and open environment where clients can be themselves and explore ideas and issues and she often shares her own experiences, thoughts and feelings in service of her clients’ growth and development.

Professional Development & Supervision

Grainne undertakes coaching supervision, which is a formal process of professional support, ensuring her continuous development as a coach and the effectiveness of her coaching practice. Supervision is provided by a tutor from the Academy of Executive Coaching.

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
